In it you need to specify the following:

1. Who You are (Minecraft Name is OK)
2. What you wish to do (Website dev, C/C++ Dev, Java Dev, Art, etc.)
3. Some proof of what you can do (i.e. for art you'd give us images)
4. Why you want to join
